One-Pan Garlic Butter Chicken & Roasted Veggies
A quick, one-pan meal that’s packed with flavor and easy cleanup!

- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 zucchini sliced
- 1 bell pepper sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place chicken and veggies on a non-toxic baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, and seasoning. Toss to coat.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
