One-Pan Garlic Butter Chicken & Roasted Veggies

A quick, one-pan meal that’s packed with flavor and easy cleanup!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place chicken and veggies on a non-toxic baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, garlic, and seasoning. Toss to coat.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve with rice or quinoa for a complete meal.
