Sheet Pan Lemon Herb Salmon
A nutritious, no-fuss dinner baked all on one pan.

- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup asparagus spears
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place salmon and veggies on a non-toxic baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is flaky.
Serve with rice or roasted potatoes.
