Sheet Pan Lemon Herb Salmon

A nutritious, no-fuss dinner baked all on one pan.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup asparagus spears
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Place salmon and veggies on a non-toxic baking sheet.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, and seasoning.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until salmon is flaky.
  • Serve with rice or roasted potatoes.
